Aaaaaaah, football.

Hello!

I played football with my friends, Anthony and A.J., plus their neighbors. We played from 11:00 intermittently until 9:00, so I'm a little tired right now. Luckily they have a pool, so after playing for a while we could jump in. I had a lot of fun.

Knitting

Hello!

I went to knitting circle and I got back about an hour ago.

Over the last couple months, Mom and Alyson made squares for the quilt which is for one of the members of knitting circle who is getting married, and they handed them in this past knitting circle. I spent this entire knitting circle making a yarn ball so I can work on an undecided project. I enjoy hanging out but it is at 7:00 on Monday nights so I'm often rather tired and don't feel up to going to knitting.

Today

Hello!

I went to Alyson's pottery apprenticeship with mom to drop her off, and we picked up a wedding present for Andy and Nicole, whose wedding we are going to. We talked with Alyson's pottery teacher/beekeeping student, who we got the wedding present (a beautiful casserole dish) from. Our friends dropped off their dog, Tess, at our house today. We are dogsitting for them because they are going to Massachusetts. I checked on what is up in the hockey world and there wasn't much to talk about. My mom and I went blueberry picking at Bohringers after we picked up veggies at Barbers Farm Market.

I forgot!

Hello!

I forgot to post yesterday and the day before.

The day before yesterday we went to the SOS party and made chicken in a barrel, played horseshoes, ate very good food , and had an in general great time.

Yesterday we just hung around the house doing not much of anything. We have been going, going, going nonstop for about 2 weeks, so we needed a break.

Hello!

Hello!

I am working on a macrame necklace right now.

I will be going to a party for S.O.S., which you can find out more about here: http://www.saveourschoharie.org/ it is just a fun thing for the members to do. Yesterday we did a play practice at the Gallupville House, which went very well. Some people had even already memorized some of their lines, so that is good. Our dress rehearsal is on August 4th, and we need to have all our lines memorized before then.

I also added some cool stuff to this blog.

Bye!

Horse camp

Hello!

I was at horse camp with my 4-H group the last 3 days, but not riding or sleeping over. I will now explain what horse camp is for you. Horse camp is where we (my 4-H club) go to one of the members houses, who has a good place to camp, play games, and swim, while the people who are riding ride on the small roads and trails. Everyone who wants to stays overnight in tents and a barn with hay bails and mattresses. Anyways, I spent the day before yesterday at home on the computer and then I ate dinner and played Apples to Apples with the horse people. Yesterday, I was on the computer until 1:00 and then mom picked me up and we went back to camp. Today, same thing except for 2:00 instead of 1:00. I had fun swimming, playing cards, playing basketball, and talking with my friends Adam and Hunter.

Photo

Here is a better picture of me and it is from 2009.

Hi!

I am going to be at my sister's horse camp in a few minutes so I don't have much time. I spent the morning chatting with my friends online and licking cake batter. Last night I ate dinner at horse camp and we played Apples to Apples, which is a lot of fun.

Lucy

Hello!

My pet Ball Python, Lucy, ate her very first rat last night. Normally she eats mice, but the pet store was out, so my dad got rats instead. Her head looks like it shouldn't be able to fit something that big, but snakes are amazing that way. I will write more later when I've done more stuff.

Just Stuff

Hello!

I spent yesterday and last night at a friends house, playing football and Guild Wars and swimming. Today I should be doing hay with our neighbors later. Haying is fun but tiring and I get paid, so that is nice.

I don't know why but I really enjoy putting my thoughts someplace where anyone can see them.

I know there is other stuff that I've done lately but I cant think exactly what.
In a couple weeks I will be going either to my friends 16th birthday or my Dad's friend from college's sons wedding, and then I will be going to the ocean with my aunt and uncle and their family.

Bye!

Hockey

Hello!

I can't wait until hockey season starts.

Playing football with friends and swimming and other stuff is fun, but nothing compares to playing hockey in my mind. I played one open hockey session earlier this year, but I have not had a chance to play again this summer so far. The NHL playoffs are done... The draft is done... The Free Agent Frenzy is done... What is a hockey fan and player supposed to do? My favorite team, the Buffalo Sabres, didn't even really do much. Hockey camp doesn't start for another month. But the play will happen in 16 days, so that is a little bit closer to home. Soccer season starts in September, so theres another something. Hopefully I can go rock climbing again this year. I can't really think of anything else to write about, so goodbye for now.

Bye!

Me

Hello! I am the one on the right. My friend Adam is on the left. This photo is from 2008, so I look different now.

My First Post!!!

Hello!

This is my first ever post.

We were camping from Wednesday until Saturday, and we had quite a bit of fun canoeing, kayaking, hanging out and practicing a play that my sister wrote.

I will now introduce you to my family. I am Justin, my sister is Alyson, my mom is Jennie, and my dad is Bob. I will have to post some pictures later, but this is good for now. I am 13, and my sister is 16. That means Alyson is driving which is a little scary, but she is getting a lot better.
Bye!
